The application and processing fee for the new East Indies passport is set at $3000/- USD only. Please include your payment, pictures, and proof of identity for our records/safe keeping. HRH Shawn S. Emran is also able to offer services in obtaining foreign passports from the British, Canada, and United States' representative on your behalf. The additional fee for such service is $2000/- USD only.

As the founder of United Congress, Shawn is responsible for setting the vision of the organization. The case for a Untied East Indies without borders and a new capital territory in Agartola is something that has not been proposed before. Over the years, the Indian sub-continent has been divided through religious and tribal allegiance. United Congress proposes to include the seven sisters, Bangladesh, West Bengal, Nepal, and Bhutan into a merit based modern economy with access to a passport and currency that surpasses expectations. The passport is available to holders of multiple nationalities including the Great Britain, United States, and others. The requirements for obtaining the East Indies passport is (1) having a connection to the land, (2) holding a foreign passport in Europe or the Americas, and (3) contributing to the East Indies in a significant way. The proposed currency of The East Indies is The Gaillard as opposed to The Indian Rupee or Bangladeshi Taka.

Dr. Nasrin is an Internal Medicine Specialist based out of Dhaka. She is a great asset to the Management Team as she can deliver on business objectives of the organization. It is our pleasure to welcome her to the East Indies and the Commonwealth family. Dr. Nasrin commands respect and camaraderie from her peers and those that know her well in Rajshahi, Dhaka, and Mymensingh.
Sunny has been working as an Electrical Engineer, PEO PEng and PMI PMP certified, in EPCM since graduating from Concondia University in Montreal, QC. He is fluent in Bangla and has spent time living in Dubai, UAE. Sunny has travelled extensively all over the world as well. He has been responsible as the CFO during Shawn S. Emran's first election in Alberta. He is a key member of the family.

Camille has a background in Nursing and business including renovations/commercial conversions. She has been practicing as a Realtor in the Calgary area for more than a decade. She has delivered financial returns in Real Estate and realized growth in all her conversion projects.
Corporate Development Partner, Thisari Hewathantiri, BSc
Thisari has a background in the Music industry where she contributed as an Audio Technician. She has quickly developed the skills to become effective in many roles including as a Photographer, Editor, and Marketer. She has a strong followership in the Greater Calgary Area. She is also a volunteer Army like the rest of the Management Team.
Afzal has been with the Bangladeah Air Force for 18 years and retired from Bombardier Aerospace as an Aircraft Inspector. He occationally accepts opportunities to perform Aircraft Maintenance as an AME (Canada) and A&P Technician (USA) as he is licensed through both Transport Canada and the Federal Aviation Administration, respectively.

Shirina has been with the Aviation Group since its inception. She has a great personality with a background in hospitality, food services, and public education administration. She hails from the northern part of Bangladesh where she still has many connections which will prove valuable to the United Congress family.
